Are you doing the Whole 30? I haven’t kicked one off for 2017 and I am still not sure that I will–at least not this month*. I love the Whole 30 plan as it is simple, healthy and I really saw results, not just with weight loss, but mental clarity, anxiety and depression. I was looking through old posts from past Whole 30 and thought they might be helpful to those of you who are getting started with the Whole 30 or even just thinking about it.
