Finally Friday! We had a staff meeting this morning that was really quite interesting. It wasn't a normal "talk about what you are working on" type meeting but just a chance for those of us in our division to get together and hang out. There was some work talk but it wasn't much and the meeting was really good for team morale.

After work, there was such confusion about whether or not Sawyer and Aaron would go surfing or if Sawyer would go to Crossfit. Neither happened. I guess Sawyer was OK with it but he just hung out and watched TV for hours.

I dropped Nova off for a short gymnastics practice, went to Publix, got gas, and went for a very short walk before picking her back up.

We went home, I made dinner and started packing for Nashville.

The brightest light of my day was coming home to a sparkly clean house. I finally hired the cleaning service again and then came today and spent 6 hours! I feel bad because when I actually saw how clean the house was, was when I realized how gross it truly had become. They will continue to come until the business slows for Aaron, which hopefully never happens, but usually does in September.

With a clean house, bags packed and a bit more civility between Aaron and I, I felt calm enough to just sit and cuddle Bella. She is feeling so skinny. I hope she is OK.
