After work today, I watched Luna while Tiff went to teach a yoga class. She is so fun and a perfect subject for me to try to figure out the portrait mode on my new iphone. We ran around outside, playing soccer and swinging on the skateboard swing my brother made years ago. Sawyer and Aaron surfed again—I am so happy there is a swell for them right now. It seems just the thing they both need to keep their minds at ease (Aaron especially).
With Bella…..Marlin was about Luna’s age when Tiffany found Bella at a Wal-Mart on Oahu. 14 years later, she is still my sweetest animal. Normally, Bella hates kids but she didn’t seem to mind Luna.
Luna wanted to play soccer all evening. It was nice and cool outside, the perfect night to be running around in the yard.
Too bad the only soccer ball we had was this old beat up one that has been laying around the yard for years. I’m sure the ball was happy to have some attention.
“I’m going to be a ladybug doctor when I grow up.”
I told her to “freeze” and this was the pose she gave me. In her defense, it was getting a bit cold outside.
Forrest made this skateboard swing years ago and I was happy that Luna found it.
She is trying to determine if a tree in our yard is dead or not. Her decision, “No. It is not dead. Just the leaves are dead.”
