Chocolate Brownie Caramel Cookies

I was so excited to make a cookie for my Food Bloggers Cookie Swap buddies. I considered so many different cookies but finally settled on these.

My family always loves the chocolate crinkle cookies that seem to pop up during the holidays and these are the same...with a little surprise in the middle. The surprise in the middle of these were Rolo candies, but I also made some with little balls of Nutella in the middle. You could use caramel, or Reeses cups or whatever your heart desires.

I know that we enjoyed a few before I boxed them off and sent them to my cookie swap matches.

I hope that they enjoyed them as much as we did!
