Ingredients

full fat coconut milk
¼
cup
maple syrup
1
cup
water

cup
corn starch
1
bar
HU Chocolate
or, 1 cup of refined sugar free chocolate chips
Instructions
With this recipe, you basically simmer the coconut milk and maple syrup in a medium saucepan under medium heat.
In a separate bowl, combine corn starch and water.
Add the cornstarch and water to the coconut milk and maple syrup. It should start to thicken up right away.
Once that happens, remove from heat and add the chocolate bar (chopped into pieces). Stir until it melts completely.
Once the pudding is heated through, place it in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Store in the refrigerator until cool.
Top with homemade whipped cream and a few chocolate shavings.
