Cilantro Pumpkin Seed Pesto

Ingredients

loosely packed cilantro

raw pumpkin seeds
juice from ½ lime
pinch
of salt
⅛
cup
olive oil + 1-2 Tablespoons to thin
if needed
pinch
of crushed red pepper
Instructions
Add all to the food processor and process until the correct consistency.
