I’ve been loving this odd transition to fall here in Florida. It’s not really cooler. But, maybe the humidity is down a tiny bit? The water is warm. The water is clear and beautiful. These were the BEST potacones we tried and we tried them everywhere we went. Potacones are basically fried plantain chips but they are a bit soft too. Topped with black beans and guacamole.... they were amazing! And, there was something extra special with the beans in Costa Rica too.
