Baked Spicy Chicken Wings {Paleo, Whole 30}

Ingredients

3 pounds chicken wings

10 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons sesame oil

1/2 cup Sriracha (or Paleo Sriracha)

2 teaspoons coconut aminos

2 teaspoons fish sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  On a foil lined baking sheet, place the chicken wings and season with salt.

Bake for 20 minutes, flip and then bake them for another 10 minutes.

While they are baking, mix up the sauce by combining all ingredients and whisking together.

Change oven setting to broil.

Smother each wing with the sauce and broil for 3-4 minutes.  Flip each wing and re-smother them with sauce.  Broil for another 2-3 minutes.
