Acai Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

  • For the Smoothie:
  • 1 cup plain full fat yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened or vanilla
  • 1 packet of acai puree, frozen
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • For the topping:
  • sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Put all of the smoothie ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour equal amounts into two or three bowls (depending on how hungry you are) and top with the toppings.
  2. Enjoy!
